BHS manages more than 100 properties that include a combination of multi family, single-family, mixed use, short term and commercial rentals. While BHS Property Management is well-positioned to expand our operations to include new properties in new locations in Southeast Tennessee and beyond, we are proud that almost all our our rentals are currently in the Dayton, TN area.
